What we mean by trust signals
Trust signals are the visible proof points that show whether an organisation can be believed, relied on and taken seriously.
They may include consistent leadership behaviour, clear decisions, credible communication, employee advocacy, customer confidence, reliable delivery, stakeholder feedback, external recognition or the way the organisation responds when something goes wrong.
In this section, answer based on the signals you actually see in practice, not only on what the organisation intends to communicate.
